In celebration of the Persian New Year (Nowruz), the Honorable Edward P. Mangano, a Nassau County Executive, joins over 300 members of friends of Iranian American Society of New York on March 20th, 2011 at North Hills Country Club (pictured at right).
During this event, as seen below, Mr. Mangano presented the society with the citation recognizing March 21 as Persian New Year.
